Silent Migraine

Factors such as change in weather, diet and your form of work play an important part in triggering your migraines. So it is important that you identify some of the things in your lifestyle that may be causing migraines. Exercise and eating a healthy diet that is free from over processed food has been seen to reduce the incidences of migraines.

It is also important to know that migraines are a neurological disorder and that does not mean once you have migraines then you are insane. No, this is not true, in fact you are normal but it’s only that your body will be responding to changes to the endocrine system as well as the blood circulatory system. So it is very important that you consult your doctor and get treated for all migraines including silent migraines.
